Grief is a universal feeling we can’t avoid. Changes are happening every day and with change comes grief. Grief for the loss of what was and what may no longer be.
I wrote Garden of Grief about my grief and healing my mom’s death that occurred in 2007. The lessons I learned go beyond physical death. They translate to any transition in life. A change in a job, a move to a new house, ending of a relationship, or maybe it’s having to stay six feet away from most everyone you know.
I hope my book can offer you a new way to look at grief. It can be a catalyst for monumental change if you let it. We are often transformed by the most difficult times in our lives.
Let the growth begin!
